Making Turmeric Latte & Why It's So Good For You!
A deliciously nutritious drink, containing a nourishing blend of common ingredients.
Becoming increasingly popular, it's simple to make, drink hot or cold.
Turmeric is a universal medicine, having potent healing benefits.

RECIPE
2 cups milk or dairy alternative (coconut/almond milk) or replace 1 cup with coconut water
1 inch piece of fresh turmeric (peeled & grated) or 1/2 tsp dried organic turmeric
1 inch piece of ginger sliced or grated
1 cinnamon stick
1 tab virgin coconut oil
1 tab manuka honey
Pinch of black pepper
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and gently heat, but do not boil. Strain to drink.
Froth up with a whisk if desired and grate some nutmeg on the top.
This will keep in the fridge for several days.
