OATBRAN FRUIT LOAF RECIPE:
1 cup Oatbran 1 cup chopped sulphur free apricots 1 cup chopped dates and sultanas or raisins 2 1/2 cups almond/coconut or rice milk
1. Soak all these ingredients for several hours or overnight 2. Add 3 cups Self Raising Flour or gluten free alternative 3. Cook in a greased cake tin for one hour at 180 degrees Celsius
